Interview with Jay Jones of Jay Jones Fitness
A week or so ago, I had the honor of interviewing a personal trainer by the name of Jay Jones. I had heard of him perhaps a couple of years ago through a video on YouTube, and was reminded of him recently via an interview by BlackFitnessToday.com. I reached out to him based on the fact that I saw that he was a personal trainer that reaches the spiritual and mental parts of his clients as well as the physical, which is what I aim to do as well. He responded immediately, and when I later asked him for an interview on Your Health At The Crossroads, he graciously accepted.

(NOTE: Unfortunately, from 8:25 to 9:40, the interview was garbled up and I didn’t find out until I reviewed it :(…so hang in there when you get to that part of the interview)
It’s always a blessing to find people who have achieved success and are still humble enough to reach out and give back to others.
Anyhow, we did an almost 30-minute interview that I’m excited to present to you now.
Why Listen?
If you’re wondering what the benefit will be to you to take the time to listen to this interview, let me help you out:
