My Second Interview with Celebrity Trainer Jay Jones about His New Book!

Greetings!  I had the opportunity again recently to interview Celebrity Trainer and Fitness Minister Jay Jones of Jay Jones Fitness (here’s my first interview with him).  I really believe it will be worth your while to watch and listen to what we talked about.

His New Book

JaysNewBookJay has just released a new book titled “A Little Bit of Something Beats a Whole Lot of Nothing: A 30 Day Guide to Your New Healthy Habits.”  I had the opportunity to review it myself, and I’ll say that this is a book you want to look into buying for several reasons:

  1. It’s not just a book that you read…it is a workbook that allows you to journal as you journey with Jay into healthier living
  2. The book is easy to follow and has “bite sized” steps that will allow you to gradually develop healthier habits that will last a lifetime
  3. It is filled with motivational quotes that will keep you going
  4. It comes in print and Kindle format, and will eventually be available in other eBook formats as well as in audiobook format
  5. Jay has a very special offer for those who buy the $20 paperback book that makes it worth so, so much more…but you’ll have to watch the interview to find out about it 😉

Got a few minutes to sit down and find out about a book that could have a life-long impact on your life?  I think anybody can make time for that.  Press play on your PC, tablet or smartphone and listen along as Jay and I discuss his new book.
