Releasing My New 8-Week Workout/Diet Plan Soon!

Several months ago, I developed an 8-Week Workout and Diet Plan.  I designed it with the beginner in mind who is desiring to lose weight, get fit, and most importantly, to develop healthy habits that will get the body healthy and keep weight off.  The plan includes workout routines, homework, and diet suggestions for every week.  It’s all mapped out.

I’ve titled the workout plan “FOR REAL this time.”

Why “FOR REAL This Time”?

I have titled this workout plan in such a way to challenge those of you who decide to invest in it.

I know that there are a lot of you who’ve been trying to reach health-related goals with no success thus far.  Usually this happens for a couple of reasons:

  1. You haven’t quite known what to do
  2. You’ve experienced success, but it didn’t last

I believe that if you give this plan a chance – if you truly commit to it – you will reach those goals, and you will change your life for life.

I plan to release this plan for purchase on Monday, September 7th.  I extended an invitation to my subscribers a short time ago to try my plan for free to test it out, so that’s what’s going on right now.  I’m not trying to release some junk out there.
