Up for #GimmeFive with the President and First Lady?

First Lady Michelle Obama just posted a video demonstrating five of her exercise moves, in response to a challenge from the President.

First of all, I think it’s great to have an example from the first family of folks who take care of themselves.  Absolutely great!

Secondly, I wanted to ask you…what are your five main exercise moves?  I challenge you to comment below AND to tweet your 5 moves via video or pictures with the #gimmefive hashtag…and include me on it (@ShawnB2BFitness) so that I see that you did it.
