New Beginning 4-Week Wellness Program

The New Beginning 4-Week Wellness Program is my entry level online program meant to start beginners, and those who need to start again, on the pathway to wellness.  Participants adopt permanent healthy habits, lose weight, and communicate online with all other New Beginning participants.  I strongly recommend that you complete this program before trying The Next Level program.

Results are guaranteed IF you follow the program.  Although weight loss is not the focus, you will lose weight if you follow the program.  On top of increased well-being from the adoption of healthy habits, participants have lost an average of 4-5 lbs.  One participant lost as much as 12 lbs over the 4 weeks!
