New Beginning PicThe New Beginning 4 Week Fitness Program is designed to start individuals on an easy-to-follow wellness program that initiates people into a healthy lifestyle, while also helping them achieve sustainable fat loss and maintenance of muscle mass.

This program is for:

  1. Those who are totally new to any type of wellness program
  2. Those who have not participated in any wellness program for an extended period of time (+1year)
  3. Those who desire to lose body fat

 


The NEXT Level Pic

The NEXT Level 8 Week Fat Loss Program is a continuation of the New Beginning 4 Week Fitness Program, helping individuals build on the healthy habits and fat loss they’ve already experienced, and truly taking it to the next level.

This program is for:

  1. Those who have already completed the New Beginning 4 Week Fitness Program
  2. Those who have the self-motivation to continue on by themselves with a workout/diet tips program
  3. Those who desire to lose an additional 10-30 lbs (results will vary per individual)
