Check out these articles from my column…The Fitness Corner

TelegraphLawnSign

Earlier this year, I was blessed with the totally unexpected opportunity to become a columnist for my local paper, The Macon Telegraph.  My column runs bi-weekly, which means that since I post at least once a week to my blog, I’m writing no less than 6 articles about health and fitness every single week.

It’s always cool to me when God opens doors like that.  I’ve been blogging consistently now (there was a time when I wasn’t consistent) since December 2013, and I truly believe that God will bless you with more when you’re faithful with a little.

Many of you don’t know that I had another blog before in my early excited days.  The reason why you don’t know about it is because, after I became inconsistent, I gave up on it and deleted it.  This time though, I was ready, and not only am I able to handle a blog; thankfully,  I can handle a health and exercise column, too.

That said, check out these columns.  I believe that they can help you.
