BMI Calculator

Body Mass Index (BMI) is a measurement that uses your weight and height to determine whether you are underweight, overweight, or at a normal weight. The following BMI calculator will help you determine what your measurement is.

NOTE: For the average person, BMI is a decent measurement to use. However, if you have more muscle than average (i.e. you are a bodybuilder), BMI can be misleading.

You are considered overweight if your BMI score is 25 or higher.

You are considered obese if your BMI score is 30 or higher.

If your BMI score is in any of these ranges, you should strongly consider losing fat until your BMI score is within a healthy range for your height. Being overweight or obese is a risk factor for several lifestyle diseases, is bad on your joints, increases your inflammation levels, and negatively affects your immune system.
