Fitness is about being in shape and able to do whatever you want to do with your body, whenever you want to.  Fitness is also about engaging in physical activity that is a natural part of your lifestyle, even if it isn’t always a “workout”.

I am an ACE-certified personal trainer who specializes in body weight fitness training and calisthenics.  I have years of experience with running body weight fitness classes and creating individualized calisthenics routines, and I believe that anybody can get in excellent shape using body weight alone.

Customized Workout and Wellness Program Design

Your customized workout and wellness program will include the following:

  • initial virtual fitness consultation ($50)
  • weekly check-ins (weekly coaching discontinued until further notice)
  • 4-week workout plan designed for your needs
  • diet tips to maximize results
  • additional wellness tips for overall health
  • exercise tutorials
  • continuous access to your trainer via app (weekly coaching discontinued until further notice)

We will be in touch with you upon receipt of your completed questionnaire. Your initial virtual consultation will be scheduled, and the $50 consultation fee will be due prior to the consultation.
