A couple of months ago, I published my first book, 13 Things to Stop Believing to Become Healthy and Lose Weight.  It’s available here in print.

I believe that this book can truly help a lot of people bust weight loss plateaus, avoid diseases, enjoy eating and even enjoy life overall.  And yet, I feel like not enough people have been reached at this point by the book’s message which came straight from my heart.

The main reason I am taking this step is because this book needs to get out there to help people.  I would rather make the book free and reach more people than to let the book sit on servers and not do a thing for anyone.
