100 Posts…Time for a Break!
Just last week, I posted my 100th post (if you haven’t read it, take a moment to check it out here).
This month also marks one full year that I have posted at least one post every week…
I think it’s time for a break!
Starting this week, I will not be posting new blog posts until the week of January 18th. I will, however, be doing the following:
- Updating older blog posts that you liked the most
- Improving the look and feel of the website
- Putting finishing touches on my upcoming health/weight loss book (yep…I have a book coming out soon)
