Is That Food That You’re Eating?

Look at the food that you’re eating on right now, and ask yourself this question?

“Is this food?”

Our society has us messed up and confused because, while we’re preoccupied and consumed with weight loss, we fail to ask ourselves the above question, which is really much more important. And really, a lot of what we’re eating ain’t food. It’s merely substance.

Real food – naturally occurring vegetables, fruits, legumes, grains, meats, and so on – is filled with various nutrients and compounds that your body already knows how to handle. The substances we eat that we call food – highly processed junk food and other snacks – are only made for taste, and they destroy our bodies.

Don’t get consumed by how much you weigh; make sure you’re giving your body what it needs first.
